2021

This project had an initial phase involving structural and shell covering of a new industrial plant.

I got involved in the second phase and was given the task to follow, coordinate and deliver on the facade’s finishes and infrastructure (which were delayed from the first phase). Balconies, exterior secondary structures and finishes, a bus stop and a parking lot.

Up to the end of the project I also got involved in punch list and final details of the interior first floor (13000 m2), including a 3000 m2 Clean Room.
