An urban residential development in mid of a highly transited street filled with nightlife bars and discos. The project involves 11 residential spaces integrating residential and commercial spaces.

The challenge was making a secure and private residential space amongst all commercial and urban activity.

The area was also known for its art scenery, so incorporating aspects of it was crucial.
