TEAM WORK: Javier Montagne – Dirken Harvey

A proposal for a prefabricated modular structures able to offer a cheap and reliable solution to flood-prone housing.

The design starts through positioning four pilotis in which hollow prefab steel boxes are piled and supported to build a main structure.

Proportions, openings and general design is thinked for ease of transportation, installation and conditioning.
